I am always pleased when we are in a position to promote from within, First Selectman Chris Kervick said. Mandis competence and dedication to the town has been obvious to all of us over the last several months as she worked so diligently to keep the finance department running smoothly after the departure of her predecessor. Prior to coming to the finance office in 2014, Moore worked in the health care industry overseeing payroll and managing the business office of several area long-term care facilities. The finance office has developed a strong working relationship with each department and the many boards and commissions, she said. And we look forward to providing the support needed to help the town to achieve all of its goals. Moore is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and earned a MBA from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management in 2009. She is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association. Posted in Windsor Locks on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 9:53 am. Rules of Conduct 1 Keep it Clean.
